“Injury” numero uno
Not to worry! It’s not that bad of an injury. I hesitate to even call it an injury. Basically I pulled my calf muscle in my tap class today. I honestly do not know how a person could do that but leave it to me to do it! 😉
Anyway, the rest of my day was filled with rehearsals, bonding time with the girls in my sorority, and going into the practice rooms to sing. Tomorrow is Friday and then the 5K on Saturday! I am very excited!
My dinner was pretty good. I had egg white “muffins”, a salad, and some delicious carrots I cooked in a sauce I made up.
As for training day 4, I took off running for today so my only physical activity was my tap class this morning.
I’m off to finish some marketing homework and catching up on some ‘The Biggest Loser.’
