Good morning and happy Wednesday! The weekend is almost here! This time next week I will be at home (or on my way home) for Thanksgiving break! 🙂
Since my first class of the day was cancelled, I was able to sleep in until 8:30 and write a quick post before I get ready for class.
Today’s breakfast was a repeat of one I had last week.
Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup defrosted strawberries 2 T oats
I love having frozen fruits and veggies on hand so that I can make quick meals! I also love that frozen fruits can sometimes be cheaper than fresh, so I can enjoy my favorite fruits all year long without breaking the bank.
I have a lot on my to-do list today, including setting up interviews for an article I’m writing about running! The first draft is due Monday (which came as a surprise to everyone in my class) so I am scrambling to find an expert in the field of sports nutrition and runners. I also really need to go to the store, but I’m not sure if time will allow…ah if only we had an extra hour in the day!
